What to do if you haven't received your order or missed the delivery

 

🚚 If more than 3 business days have passed and you haven't received your order, please use the chat window on our site or email online@bishopscellar.com with your order number and our customer service team will sort things out for you.

Please know that the holidays are keeping us busy and some deliveries may be delayed.

🚚 If you have missed your delivery or believe you will miss your delivery, please use the chat window on our site or email online@bishopscellar.com with your order number so our customer service team can re-schedule your delivery. Important: same day re-scheduling or moving your order to curbside pick up is not possible. Deliveries will be scheduled for a future day.
