All transactions on our website are pre-authorizations. Once an order has been fulfilled, only then do we fully process the transaction.
We have a two step order system:
1) When you place your order, our website contacts your credit card for pre-authorization of funds
2) We process that transaction when it leaves our warehouse.
What you are seeing are multiple pre-authorization attempts.
The good news? We can't ever charge you erroneously for a failed order. The bad news? It can take some time for pre-authorizations to fall off the credit card and it varies wildly from credit card to credit card.
