Generally, when a tracking number doesn't work, the order is waiting to be picked up/scanned by the courier at their facility.
If you have received a tracking number in a separate email from us, this generally means that the order has left or is in the process of leaving our warehouse facility and heading to the courier. Once it is received by the courier and ready for delivery, the tracking number will be updated to reflect that.
